Each outbound dispatch tracked in DelightLogix — whether PTL or FTL — counts as one shipment toward your monthly volume tier.
What happens if I exceed my monthly tier?
We review actual usage with you and move your account to the appropriate tier going forward — there are no surprise overage charges mid-month.
Is every feature included at every tier?
Yes. Pricing scales with shipment volume, not features — every tier includes the full control tower, exception management, POD tracking and PTL/FTL workflows.
What does the implementation fee cover?
